{"id":3537,"date":"2024-03-19T12:01:55","date_gmt":"2024-03-19T10:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investigate-islam.com\/web\/?p=3537"},"modified":"2024-03-19T12:32:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-19T10:32:51","slug":"ayah-114-surah-al-maidah-talk-to-allah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investigate-islam.com\/web\/?p=3537","title":{"rendered":"Ayah 114 Surah Al Maidah | Talk to Allah"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"en page_speed_1053746098\">114. \u2018Isa, the son of Maryam (Jesus, the son of Mary) said: \u2018O Allah, our Lord, send down to us from heaven the table spread (with bounties) so that (the day of its descent) becomes (\u2018Id) a festival day for us, and for our predecessors (as well as) successors, and that (spread table) comes as a sign from You, and provide us with sustenance, and You are the Best Sustainer.\u2019<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_371947666\">115. Allah said: \u2018I certainly send it down to you, but whoever of you disbelieves (after that), I shall punish him with a torment such as I will never inflict on anyone else in all the worlds.\u2019<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_73746135\">116. And when Allah will say: \u2018O \u2018Isa, the son of Maryam (Jesus, the son of Mary)! Did you ask the people to take you and your mother as two gods besides Allah?\u2019 He will submit: \u2018Glory be to You! It is not (justified) for me to say such a thing as I have no right to say. Had I said it, You would surely have known it. You know every such (thing) that is in my heart, but I do not know those (things) which are in Your knowledge. Indeed, it is only You Who know well all that is unseen.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_48132823\">117. I said to them nothing except (that) which You ordered me to say: Worship (only) Allah, Who is my Lord and your Lord (too). And I kept a vigilant watch over (their beliefs and actions) so long as I was amongst them. But when You lifted me up, then You alone watched over their (affairs), and You are a Witness to everything.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_591527942\">118. If You torment them, they are only Your servants, and if You forgive them, You are indeed Almighty, All-Wise.\u2019<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_396327389\">119. Allah will say: \u2018This is the Day (when) the truth of the truthful will benefit them. There are Gardens for them with streams flowing beneath; they will live therein forever. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. This (pleasure of Allah) is the highest achievement.\u2019<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"en page_speed_770094064\">120.
